STORE POLICIES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Koh Haircutters we pride ourselves in providing the best possible experience for you! Appointments are often limited, therefore, when securing an appointment over the phone or instore, we kindly ask for a deposit to be paid towards large technical services, such as:
Full head of foils
Colour changes / Corrections (Consultation is required prior)
Smoothing straightening services
Our online booking system will automatically require a deposit for any services being booked.
Deposits made will be redeemable on the day of your scheduled appointments.
We do understand that schedules can change, however, if you need to cancel or change and appointment, 24hrs notice is required. Failure to reschedule or cancel an appointment in this time frame will result in your deposit forfeited. When providing sufficient notice, your deposit will be carried over to your next rescheduled appointment.
Appointment confirmation is an acknowledgment that you understand and agree to our policies.
Although we don’t specialise in kids haircuts, we do allocate certain time slots to service them. Therefore, these appointments are to be made in store or over the phone, as childrens services are not available online.
Please note that if your child has headlice , we will Kindly notify their next of kin and not proceed with the service. We will be happy to see them post secondary lice treatment and when they are clear of all lice and eggs.
